Novavaran Sanat Motor Company, under the brand name E-coilplus, is a leading enterprise in the development and deployment of modern Vapor Recovery Systems (VRS) in Iran. With over 15 years of experience in the design, management, and implementation of mono-fuel, dual-fuel, and CNG fueling stations, the company has paved its path to growth relying on local technical knowledge, an innovative vision, and an advanced engineering approach.
In 2018, the company obtained both domestic and international certificates and accreditations and was officially listed as one of the approved KAHAB equipment suppliers by the National Iranian Oil Products Distribution Company (NIOPDC). This achievement marked a significant step toward sustainable development, reduction of environmental pollutants, and improved safety standards at fueling stations across the country.
Introduction to E-coilplus VRU System
Novavaran Sanat Motor (NSM), leveraging modern technology and up-to-date technical expertise, has successfully designed and manufactured the VRU (Vapor Recovery Unit) system under the model E-coilplus. This system is produced in two versions: direct refrigeration and indirect refrigeration. It effectively condenses gasoline vapors through its cooling system and converts them back into liquid form.
One of the standout features of the E-coilplus is its high efficiency with very low energy consumption. Under standard design conditions, it can recover approximately 45 liters of gasoline per 32,000 liters of dispensed fuel, making it an economical, efficient, and environmentally friendly choice for fueling stations.
KAHAB — an acronym derived from the concepts of Capture, Transfer, and Recovery of gasoline vapors — is implemented with the goal of fuel preservation and air pollution reduction. The E-coilplus system plays a vital role in achieving this objective and in enhancing energy efficiency in the fuel distribution industry.
